Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AiraMeds, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations, refunds, replacements, or returns may apply. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

Users may cancel an order before it is confirmed/processed by the pharmacy. In such cases, a full refund (if prepaid) will be initiated.

1.2 Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once the pharmacy confirms or dispatch begins, cancellation may not be allowed due to regulatory and safety reasons (medicines are sensitive goods).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancelled before confirmation
  • Payment deducted but order not placed (technical issue)
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item(s) in order
  • Damaged product received
  • Expired product received

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following cases:

  • Order has already been delivered successfully
  • Customer changes mind after dispatch
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Customer not reachable / unavailable during delivery
  • Prescription invalid / missing leading to rejection (if pharmacy already processed)

4. Return / Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of medicines and healthcare products, returns may be restricted. However, we may provide replacements/refunds in case of:

  • Damaged items
  • Expired items
  • Incorrect medicines/products delivered

To raise a request, customer must contact support within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/unboxing evidence.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days
  • Time to reflect in your bank depends on payment method/provider
  • For UPI payments, refunds typically reflect faster than cards/netbanking

6. Partial Refunds

If some items are unavailable or missing, we may initiate a partial refund for only the impacted items.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

In case of refunds, payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted depending on gateway rules and applicable laws.
