AiraMeds provides delivery services in supported locations where partner pharmacies and delivery partners are available. Service availability may vary by city/locality and may change over time.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on location, pharmacy availability, prescription verification, and traffic/weather conditions. Typical delivery timelines:

• Express Delivery: usually within 15–60 minutes (in eligible areas)
• Standard Delivery: same-day or next-day (depending on location)

3. Prescription Verification Delays

For medicines requiring prescription, order dispatch starts only after:

• Prescription upload is provided
• Pharmacy verification is completed
• Order is confirmed by pharmacy

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment. Charges may vary based on distance, location, and order type.

5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after confirmation by the partner pharmacy. If items are unavailable, the pharmacy may:

• Provide alternatives/substitutes (subject to customer approval)
• Partially fulfill the order
• Cancel the order and initiate refund (as applicable)

6. Failed / Unsuccessful Delivery

Delivery may be unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer not reachable / unavailable at time of delivery
• Restricted entry area / delivery access issues
• Security restrictions in apartment/society

In such cases, order may be returned or cancelled. Refund eligibility will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Certain medicines require temperature-controlled handling (cold chain). For eligible areas, AiraMeds and its partners may use insulated packaging and appropriate handling methods to ensure safety and quality.

• Please check packaging on delivery before accepting.
