These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of AiraMeds website/app and services. By accessing or using AiraMeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About AiraMeds

AiraMeds is a medicine delivery platform that connects customers with verified pharmacies and facilitates delivery through delivery partners. AiraMeds does not manufacture medicines. Medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacies as per applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
• You agree to provide accurate information (name, phone, address, prescription).
• You must comply with all applicable laws/regulations.

3. User Account & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of OTPs and account access. You agree not to misuse the platform for any illegal or harmful activity.

4. Orders & Prescription Requirements

• Some medicines require a valid prescription.
• Orders may be rejected if prescription is missing/invalid.
• Pharmacies may call you for verification or clarification.
• AiraMeds reserves the right to cancel orders that violate regulations.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices and stock availability may vary by pharmacy and location. Final billing is based on pharmacy confirmed order. We may adjust or substitute items only after approval (where applicable).

6. Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• We do not store full card or bank details.
• Successful payment does not guarantee order fulfillment (depends on pharmacy verification & availability).

7. Delivery

• Delivery time shown is an estimate and can vary.
• Delivery requires correct address and reachable phone number.
• If you are unavailable at delivery, the order may be returned or cancelled.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund and cancellation rules are governed by our Refund/Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that policy for details.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purchases
• Upload fake prescriptions
• Misuse promotional offers
• Attempt to hack, harm, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

10. Vendor / Pharmacy Terms

Registered vendors/pharmacies must provide valid licenses, KYC documents, and comply with pharmaceutical laws. AiraMeds reserves the right to verify, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts based on compliance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on AiraMeds belong to AiraMeds or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

AiraMeds is a platform connecting users with pharmacies and delivery partners. We are not liable for:

• medical side effects or outcomes from medicines
• delays due to external factors
• pharmacy stock unavailability
• incorrect user-provided information

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with updated dates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of relevant courts.
